Payment by online banking is usually cleared the next business day after your payment has been transferred.

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Consumer Guarantees Act which cannot be excluded. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our change of mind policy above.
In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.

For returns via post, products typically take 2 to 7 business days to reach our company. We recommend returning items with tracking and a signature required on delivery to ensure your order is returned to us safely.
Once we have received your return we will process your exchange or refund in 5 to 7 business days. Please give approximately 3 days for the funds to clear back into your account.

Ownership of the goods being sent via post or courier is no longer the responsibility of Infinite Frangipani once it has been collected or delivered to the courier or NZ Post. We will provide an email advising that the goods have been sent and this will include the tracking details from our chosen form of transport. Infinite Frangipani NZ is not responsible for any loss or non delivery of goods sent, but will assist with tracking where the package/parcel has gone.
